Welcome to The ART of Wysdom.
I am Naa Kwarley Amissah, aka Wysdom, and I am an Artist, Educator, and Weaver of Wisdom...
You have all the wisdom you need in this moment within yourself. The Ancestors have made sure of that. They have also given me the Sacred Assignment to ensure that you are able to tap into your own wisdom.
I am simply here to guide you to that wisdom using the tools of Intentional Creativity® + the divine inspiration and vision of the Ancestors.
Let me show you how...
The ART of Wysdom
Ancestral Reconnection & Transformation
Through intentional art and acts, you will tap into the wisdom that lies within. Your Inner Wisdom is your connection to the Ancestors.
Discover your Wisdom Codes.
Manifest messages through painting.
Set your intention for connection.
Listen for the Whispers of Wisdom.
No experience necessary.
Living in the Afrikan Diaspora, we have been disconnected from our roots. But the connection to the Ancestors has never been stronger.
Reconnect to those who paved the way.
Bolster your connection to the Ancestors.
Prepare for a souljourn home.
Become rooted in your True Identity.
Stop letting others direct the narrative of your life.
Renewed connection to the Ancestors. Discovery of the truth of your ethnicity, culture, and heritage. Rootedness in the Truth and living from that space.
Make your own choices for your life.
Maintain boundaries.
Speak and live your Truth.
Take the pen and write your own story.
Remove the mask and live authentically.

I have been on this path all my life - the path Home to Self...
My life is full of stories, most written by the circumstances I found myself in. Then, in 2009, I decided that I wanted to live a better story and I began seeking the tools I needed to make that happen. That's when I found Intentional Creativity®. I will never hesitate to say that Intentional Creativity saved my life.
Yes, it's true. Without Intentional Creativity I don't think I would be the woman I am today. I certainly wouldn't have the confidence and courage to stand before you and offer to assist you in filling your medicine basket with the tools that serve you.
Medicine Painting, the instrument used to realize and reinforce the intention that is set, is the vehicle we will use to reach our inner depths - to get to the juicy wisdom within waiting to be tapped into. The Ancestors struggled and gave their lives so that you could live the life that was stripped from them. Just as they ensured that you would have a better experience then they had, they also imparted the wisdom that you need to do so. It is in your DNA...
The beauty of Medicine Painting is that you need no prior experience, talent, or skill in painting or any other creative modality. It is the process, not the painting, that is the medicine.
My first experience with Intentional Creativity® had me manifest an image of Who I Be in that moment. I attended an all-day workshop, fully unprepared, wearing 6-inch heels. And I painted at the easel for 6 or more hours in those heels. Stilettos were the one thing I knew were the true me and I painted proudly all day in my heels! After that first experience, I was hungry - this shit actually worked! No talk therapy (not that I'm bashing therapy of any kind - seek and receive what you need for you). No pills or potions to make me feel better. No wallowing in the pain.
I was taught to seek and focus on the possibilities instead...
And I will share this with you. Our Ancestors have used image, word, and symbol for ages. It's ancient history and it is a part of our culture that we need to grasp. What I will also share with you is that you need to go Home, to Afrika. At least one time in your lifetime, you need to put your feet on the land where all life originated. You need to learn the Truth - see it with your own eyes because you will never find it in a book or through a Google search. Not the Truth with a capital T...
Nothing can ever prepare you for that experience. However, Intentional Creativity can help you process that which you experience and learn. And I would like to give you the tools to prepare yourself (see the picture of me above where I'm standing in the courtyard of the Elmina Slave Dungeons - and that was my second trip to Afrika...). You will be angry. You will be sad. You will be astonished that what you learned in school doesn't even scratch the surface of what the Afrikan people experienced. But you will also discover the beauty of Alkebulan: Mother of Mankind. The Garden of Eden...
It is a necessary SOULJOURN: Seeking One's Unadulterated Lineage. Journeying Onward Until Reaching Nokore. "Nokore" is the word for Truth in the Ghanaian language of Twi. And I strongly encourage you to make this trip Home at least once before you walk into your future (how I refer to death). It is imperative.
I am a Certified Intentional Creativity® Educator, Cura (Sangoma), Guardian, Coach and Guide. In June of 2025, I became a Certified Intentional Creativity® Wisdom-Keeper. I have been studying this approach for over 15 years. I don't just talk the talk - I walk the path of a creative spiritual life every day. The tools collected in my personal medicine basket allow me to live my way. They have brought me peace, and now I extend to you a piece of the Red Thread to tie around your medicine basket and begin to walk the path toward healed enough. Won't you join me?
"Naa Kwarley shares her passion for Intentional Creativity with confidence and fun. When she calls in connection with the ancestors, she speaks powerfully and eloquently, guiding those in her presence to a deeper personal connection. This is complimented by her playful spirit, holding space for joy and pleasure while evoking deep wisdom. From art journal jammin’, to medicine painting, to women’s circle guide, and sacred technology creations, Naa Kwarley is a true Creative DIVA (Divinely Inspired by the Vision of the Ancestors)."
"Naa Kwarley is an AMAZING artist and friend. I am honored to call her 'sister'! She is a loving, kind, and caring woman who is dedicated to helping others become authentically self-expressed."
Sangoma Naa Kwarley Amissah is a truly legendary woman! She is brilliantly intelligent, immensely talented, and a fiercely devoted sister to the Intentional Creativity community. Her artistry and crafting skills are deep and varied; she can learn anything she puts her hand to, and her creations are unique and beautiful. Her innate Wysdom, combined with her passion for helping women learn how to be their own healers, makes her a powerful force for good in this world. She makes the world a better place every day simply by shining her light so others can guide themselves home to themselves. She is caring, compassionate, and patient, and I wholeheartedly recommend her creative offerings with a mighty love and without reservation.
